Is ordering online safe?

Do you charge sales tax?

Jestik does not charge sales tax on orders shipped outside of California. For orders shipped within California, we collect the required 7.75% sales tax, which is added to your final total when you place your order.

How is my order shipped?

All of our products come with free freight truck delivery or free ground shipping within the 48 contiguous United States. We work with top couriers such as FedEx and UPS to make delivery quick and smooth. How long will it take to get my order?

Processing and packaging for orders within the US usually takes 1 to 7 business days. International delivery may take 2 to 4 weeks. Because our inventory changes frequently, we strive to give you an estimated ship date when you place your order, and we email tracking numbers as soon as they are available. How much does shipping cost to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or other countries?

Shipping within the 48 contiguous states is free. For deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, and international addresses, please see our Shipping and Delivery page for details. You may also contact your preferred courier for more information. For international orders, you are responsible for paying any applicable duties and taxes to a broker or government agency.

Are there any delivery address restrictions?

Yes. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a physical address at checkout. For more information, see our Shipping and Delivery page.

How can I track my delivery?

We send you an order tracking number through our automated email system so you can follow your order from purchase to your door. Returns & warranty

Are your products covered against defects?

Yes. Our products are protected against factory defects by our 1 Year Manufacturer's Replacement Warranty and by our Jestik VIP Warranty.

What if I'm not happy with my purchase?

We offer a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee. You can return the item within 30 days, and we will process a refund less applicable fees and charges. For details, see our Returns and Replacements page, or contact our customer service team.

How do I return or replace a product?

Our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee lets you return a product within 30 days after it is delivered to your door. All products are also covered by a 1 Year Manufacturer's Replacement Warranty against factory defects, as well as the Jestik VIP Warranty. Products & fit

Do the products require assembly?

Yes, but assembly is quick and easy. All parts and accessories are packed safely in separate small bags and boxed with easy-to-follow instructions. We provide the basic tools you need to install and assemble our products. If additional tools are needed, common ones such as a hammer, screwdrivers, and an adjustable wrench are usually all it takes. How do I choose the right desk and chair for my height?

Will a monitor arm work with my monitor and desk?

Use our Monitor Arm Finder to narrow down options for your setup, then check the product details in our monitor arms collection. Comparing your monitor's size, weight, and mounting pattern with each arm's specifications is the best way to confirm a good match.

How should I set up my keyboard and screen?

Do you offer discounts on bulk orders?

Yes. If you are purchasing 5 or more of our products, you can request a bulk discount. Share the product SKUs and quantities on our Volume Discounts page or request a quote.

Are there special return terms for large orders?

Yes. Bulk and high-value orders have their own return terms, so please review our Returns and Replacements page before ordering. We highly recommend placing a sample order to test the product before purchasing in bulk.

How do tax-exempt organizations order?

Tax-exempt organizations should fax their resale certificates after placing their orders.
