These materials cannot be republished, transmitted, used, or modified in any form and in any method without the prior written permission from the owner.

All the materials available on the website are only meant to give an easy, hassle-free online shopping for our customers. Any other use of the website other than such purpose is prohibited.


Any person found to be violating the copyright and trademark notice, as well as the policy on the use of website, may be charged with criminal and civil charges, which include damages for indemnification and coverage for lawyer’s fees.

Credit Card Use

As an e-commerce website, customers can place their orders using their credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. PayPal transactions are also welcome. These credit card transactions do not include any surface. Jestik assumes that all the credit card information provided upon checkout is correct, factual, and owned by the purchaser. Credit card purchases are billed only when the entire transaction is completed.

Multiple Orders

We understand that customers sometimes purchase multiple products in a single receipt to take full advantage of a lower shipping cost. Jestik will also strive hard to ship all the purchased items at the same time. However, in cases where stocks are sold out, we’ll ship the remaining products right away as soon as they become available. Credit cards will be charged based on the shipped products only.

Order Confirmation

All orders are considered confirmed once payment including corresponding shipping fees and taxes has already been paid. Customers will be able to see the completed order in their website account or in their e-mail.

Note, however, that receiving an order confirmation doesn’t mean it’s already been accepted by Jestik. The company still reserves the right to cancel or approve the order, as well as ship quantities less than what’s stated in the confirmation, based on product inventory.

Tax and Tariffs

All products to be shipped to California will be charged with 7.5% tax per state law. The customer takes full responsibility for other taxes and tariffs to be paid for orders shipped outside California, including international destinations and US territories.

Jestik shall automatically charge, and withhold, the applicable sales tax for orders that are to be delivered to addresses found within the same state. For other orders that are to be shipped to other states, you (the buyer) are solely responsible for any and all sales taxes or other taxes.

Incorrect Price

If the product purchased is displayed with an incorrect price, Jestik reserves the right to cancel the transaction whether it’s already been processed or not. In case the customer has already completed the order and has paid using a credit card, the full amount deducted will be refunded back to the credit card.

Returns and Replacements

All Jestik products are covered with a 30-day money-back guarantee, which begins on the receipt of the purchase. All products sold in this website are covered with a 1-Year Manufacturer’s Replacement Warranty which covers factory defects and the Jestik VIP Warranty.

Shipping and Delivery

Jestik cannot guarantee the actual shipping time as it depends on many factors including availability of the courier, destination, inventory, and weather. Normally, standard shipping takes around 3 – 7 business days. Orders that are processed before 5:00 p.m. may be completed and shipped within the same day. Beyond 5:00 p.m., shipping is scheduled the next business day. The company doesn’t ship orders on weekends unless a prior arrangement has already been agreed.
