Shipping information

• Most purchases are shipped from our Rancho Dominguez, CA warehouse and will arrive within approximately 5-7 business days from receipt of the order.
• Items shipped directly from our suppliers may take longer.
• Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box.
• The shipping address must be a physical address. We cannot ship to PO Boxes or government ARO addresses.

Shipping restrictions

To qualify for free shipping, the order must be:

• Placed through our website, and
• Shipping within the US.

The free shipping offer does not apply to:

• Orders with corporate discount pricing
• Table orders
• Chair orders

Shipping and delivery

• We try to ship everything within 48 hours of the time we receive your order.
• If everything is in stock, we will ship even faster, usually within 24 hours.
• Standard lead time on special order and non-stock items, ergonomic chairs, and adjustable tables is approximately 2 to 5 weeks.

Delivery charges

• For corporate discount pricing, tables, and chairs, please request a quote.
• For shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, please also request a quote.

Shipping returns

• To return your product, secure an RMA number and the return shipping address by contacting sales@jestik.com.
• You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
• Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
• If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

The Jestik Lifetime VIP Warranty

Our relationship doesn't end when you make a purchase. We want to give you the best care possible, even after the transaction ends.

That is what our VIP Warranty is for. It is our promise to you, our customer, that we will be here for you after every purchase, now and for all the years to come.

Our promise

• We will repair or replace your Jestik product whenever needed.
• There will be absolutely no charge if you need your product repaired or replaced.
• Once we repair or replace your Jestik product, the replacement will be in perfect working order (or better).
• We won't bother you about the little details. How, why, or whose fault it was: you can count on our VIP Warranty for your Jestik products.

What the VIP Warranty does not cover

The VIP Warranty does not cover:

• Loss
• Theft
• Deliberate damage
• Cosmetic damage that does not affect how the product performs

How to get your discount

1. Choose your products. Note the SKU of each item you are interested in.
2. Decide on quantities. Tell us how many of each item you are planning to buy.
3. Send your request. Complete the form on this page or our quotation request, and let us know you plan to order in bulk.
4. Get your pricing. Our team will respond as soon as possible with the details of your discount.

Tips for a smooth bulk order

• Include SKUs and quantities. The more specific your request, the faster we can quote it.
• Start with a sample. Large orders have special return terms, so we strongly recommend ordering a sample first and testing it with your team. Review the details on our Returns and Replacements page.

• Plan delivery. Larger items may ship by freight truck. See our Shipping and Delivery page for delivery details and exceptions.

What to include in your request

A complete request lets us quote quickly and accurately. Along with your contact details, tell us:

• The SKU of each product you want
• The quantity of each product
• Your delivery city and ZIP code, and whether the address is a business or a home
• Any timing requirements, such as an office move-in date
• Any special delivery needs, so we can let you know about options and charges

How many items do I need to order?

Bulk discounts start when you purchase 5 or more of our products. Let us know your quantities and we will tell you what you qualify for.

Can I combine different products?

Include every product and quantity in a single request, and our team will review the full order when preparing your pricing.

Do bulk orders ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or outside the US?

Yes, but additional shipping charges apply to those destinations. Ask us for an estimate when you request your quote.

Is sales tax charged?

Orders shipped outside California are not charged sales tax. See our FAQ for details on California orders and tax-exempt organizations.
